Next Mission Pathways was founded by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who witnessed firsthand the barriers that youth and veterans face when trying to enter the workforce. Too many talented, motivated individuals were falling through the cracks — not because of lack of ability, but lack of access, guidance, and structured support.
Drawing on military principles of discipline, mission focus, and team cohesion, we built a career development platform that provides the structure, mentorship, and employer connections that participants need to succeed.
Today, Next Mission Pathways serves hundreds of youth and veterans annually, connecting them to real careers in high-demand industries through our proven four-step pathway model.

Founder & Executive Director
A decorated Marine Corps veteran with over 10 years of service, our founder launched Next Mission Pathways after witnessing firsthand the challenges veterans and youth face in transitioning to civilian careers.
Director of Programs
With 15 years in workforce development, our Programs Director designs and oversees all training curricula, ensuring every program delivers measurable career outcomes.

A former Army logistics officer, our Veteran Services Director specializes in military-to-civilian career translation and veteran peer support programming.
